Thank you to everyone at ELS who worked on installing our beautiful new bathroom. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and we are delighted with the outcome. Everyone worked so hard to ensure we got what we wanted and no question was too big or small. ELS just finished installation of an en-suite and utility room. We are returning customers having had a bathroom and downstairs toilet replaced previously. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for kitchen or bathroom work now, highly recommend. The installers worked tirelessly over 12+ hour days to finish the jobs, all very knowledgable and nothing too much hassle for them to do. Straightforward planning and great choice selection at the showroom. Thank you very much for all the hard work to everyone on the team.

So happy with our new kitchen and bathroom! ELS were very patient throughout the design process, even through multiple changes to the kitchen layout, and I never got the feeling they were trying to upsell us. The fitting team from Inspiring Home Improvements did a fantastic job, getting both rooms done in 2 weeks to a high standard - not easy in a tenement where none of the walls or floors are straight! It took a lot of the stress out of the process that they coordinated the different trades themselves so we didn’t have to worry about who to book for when. Would definitely recommend both ELS and Inspiring Home Improvements.

We would just like to thank all the team at ELS, they have been outstanding. They have just completed our bathroom and en-suite which required extensive work, including the replacement of a velux window. From the outset they have stayed on schedule. ELS did a family members bathroom 2 years ago and I can’t recommend them highly enough. We are already planning additional work in the New Year and ELS are now our go to for renovations. I used ELS a few years ago to install an en suite and they were great to work with then. So I have just used them to install a new kitchen. From start to finish they were great to work with, Lee and Andy spent a lot of time with me ensuring that everything I chose was exactly what I wanted and met my expectations. They kept me up to date with costings and timings for installation. Everything was very clear and on time and in budget. John and Kevin the installers were absolutely excellent, turned up every day on time and completed the job when they said they would, no fuss no bother. They are excellent workmen and so tidy! They are also very cheerful and were very respectful of my property, its not often you can say you enjoy having workmen in your house but you can with them! Outstanding service from start to finish. Andy and Lee worked tirelessly with us to bring our dream shower room to reality, with quality fittings within a set budget. Their support and advice was trustworthy and they were always pleased to take the time to patiently answer questions and discuss design.
Having them coordinate all aspects of the process, from conception to final decoration, helped make the conversion far less stressful than we expected.

Thank you to Andy&Lee at ELS for help planning&sourcing products. The Aqualla fixtures and Lakes showers screens they supplied are fantastic. You can’t find this quality & style in online shops.

Neil and the Install Scotland team are incredibly hardworking & technically skilled. They are all very friendly as well! Felt we were in safe hands. Any snags dealt with quickly. Everything done properly no cut corners.
I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and they followed my drawings to the millimetre. They gave lots of helpful suggestions drawing on their knowledge.
We are very happy customers.
They’ve been a big part of transforming our house which has needed fully renovated since we moved in 2 years ago.
We will be in touch again for the next project!

Absolute pleasure from beginning to end!
John, Kevin and Sean were professionals from the first measuring up to the last day of fitting!
Tiler, Mark was exceptional. Fantastic tradesmen, and a bit of humour !
After the first quote from ELS I wanted to change a couple of things. Andy was very patient and obliging. Nothing that cannot be changed / resolved.
Sorry no photos but trust me, the transformation is amazing!
Would happily use and recommend Inspiring Home Improvements Ltd and ELS and use for any future renovations.

Just had a new en-suite installed by ELS and we are delighted with it. Everything was polite, professional and expert. The men arrived early and ready for work. The quality of their work was excellent and they left the house really clean at the end of each day. A great job for a fair price. If we renew our main bathroom I would definitely go back to ELS.

Andy talks us through the whole process in plenty of detail and gave us lots of different ideas, and is never pushy to sell us anything we don't want or need. On the installation, the team of John, Kevin and Sean were also absolutely first class.

We went to ELS after checking a number of companies and the reviews were the thing to swing it.

Our visit to the showroom saw Andy explain the many options and we chose high quality fittings for a new kitchen and bathroom.

We had to wait 3 months, which is reassuring and suggested they weren't waiting on work, but the wait was very much worth it. The finished products are quite magnificent and both have exceeded our expectations. Each fit was from Monday to Friday of consecutive weeks and John, Kevin and Sean (the A team!) were quite fantastic. A pleasure to have in your home and very easy to get on with.

They fitted our two rooms out to the highest of standard and we have no complaints whatsoever. They are all lovely guys and what mess they made - which was inevitable - was quickly cleared up.

We would have no hesitation in recommending ELS and the fitters, Inspiring Home Improvements Ltd, to anyone. You can probably get cheaper, but probably not of the same quality nor with the same attention to detail they showed in the fitting.

I have no doubt that these units will last and we are very happy customers!
